Thank you for choosing HUUL’s vapor hardware! Below are some best practices designed to help you avoid common challenges in the processes of filling, capping, assembly, and pressurization.
Filling Instruction

Identify the airway and oil tank
Insert a blunt-tip 16 to 20 gauge needle into one of the two filling holes on either side of the central airway. Make sure no oil enters the central airway, as it is located between the filling holes.
Prevent spillage
Do not overfill, and leave some air at the top to prevent the seal from expanding and causing leaks.
Ideal Fill Temperature
Ensure filling at 90°F (32°C) for thinner oils or 135°F (57°C) for thicker oils, and cap within 3 minutes.

Aligned and straight
Ensure the mouthpiece is properly aligned and straight with the vape body.
The right capping force
Check the capping force to ensure it falls within the listed capping force range, and apply even vertical force (do not tilt) when pressing the mouthpiece down until you hear a click. Hammer or mallet installation is prohibited to avoid damaging the equipment.
Must stand for 30 minutes
After capping, it must stand for at least 30 minutes. We recommend waiting at least 12 hours before selling to ensure the atomizer core fully absorbs the liquid evenly, preventing insufficient absorption and potential dry burning that could damage the device.
